Inconel 601 welded pipes are pipes made from the same nickel-chromium alloy, but unlike seamless pipes, they are manufactured by joining the edges of flat strips of Inconel 601 together through the welding process. Welded pipes are used in applications where high mechanical strength and cost-effectiveness are important considerations. Inconel 601 welded pipes find use in industries such as petrochemical, oil and gas, and power generation.

Inconel Alloy Welded Pipe

Inconel 601 Welded Pipe Characteristic as below:

1.Excellent inoxidability in the high temperature.
2.Good resistance to carbonizing.
3.Good inoxidabilitiy in sulfur atmosphere
4.Good mechanical properties in both room temperature and high temperature.
5.Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, 601 have high creep rupture strength since it limits the carbon content and grain size, so recommend to use for above 500 degree environment.
